Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Float between two campuses as needed, with a primary campus assignment
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level cardiac care
• Adhere to facility dress code requirements (navy scrubs)
• Complete all required learning modules prior to the start of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days — no disciplinary actions on record
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI (required)
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments is advantageous
• Experience working in large acute-care hospital environments
