Summary:
Support the front-of-house and bar team by keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean, stocked, and guest-ready in a fast-paced beachside environment.

Responsibilities:

• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly
• Assist servers with running food, water, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, patios, and service stations
• Restock glassware, ice, garnishes, juices, and bar supplies
• Collect and wash glassware and bar tools as needed
• Take out trash, break down boxes, and maintain back-of-house cleanliness
• Support bartenders during busy shifts with restocking and basic prep
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards

Qualifications:

• Restaurant or bar experience preferred, but not required
• Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic in a busy beach atmosphere
