Our client, a leading retail and healthcare services provider, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Distribution Center Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician Location: Distribution Center - Woodland Pay Range: $27.23 - $41.49 / Hourly

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and complex mechanical repairs on material handling and distribution center equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and conveyor systems
• Utilize CMMS to track maintenance, repairs, and equipment performance
• Mentor and support Maintenance Technicians and new Senior Technicians
• Identify and resolve safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a facility, distribution center, manufacturing, or military environment OR an Associate degree with 1+ year of experience
• Knowledge of industrial electricity including single-phase and three-phase power, motors, and protective devices
• Experience with PLCs, photo sensors, servo drives, VFDs, and automated systems
• Ability to work at heights up to 100 feet and lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong troubleshooting, mechanical aptitude, and safety awareness
