Company Description

We're representing a dynamic company in the B2B SaaS space that is focused on delivering innovative software solutions to mid-market clients. This organization is committed to driving growth and is looking for passionate individuals who want to play a pivotal role in shaping their go-to-market strategy. With a strong emphasis on collaboration and excellence, this company is poised for significant expansion.

What You Will Do

  • Run the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.
  • Manage SaaS deal cycles with multiple stakeholders, including COOs and VPs of Operations, with ACVs of $80k-$100k.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a combination of self-sourced outbound and inbound opportunities.
  • Drive multi-threaded deal strategies and engage economic buyers early in the process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed your annual quota of $1M.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 4-5 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and engaging with executive leadership.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and experience with data analytics platforms like Snowflake.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role is $100K$110K, with additional performance incentives. This company offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
