Production Specialist (Print Production & Workflow Coordination)We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Specialist to support and oversee print production workflows and operational processes. This role ensures that all projects are executed efficiently, meet strict deadlines, and maintain the highest standards of quality, color accuracy, and production consistency.The ideal candidate will have experience in production coordination, workflow management, and print operations support, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and document job workflows and production instructions for print projectsAssist in creating and managing production schedules to ensure on-time deliverySupport management of end-to-end production workflows from intake to completionMaintain a strong focus on color accuracy, print quality, and output consistencyCoordinate with production teams to assign work and support workflow efficiencyAssist in managing packaging, fulfillment, and shipping preparationOversee shipping logistics, tracking, and delivery coordinationSupport sourcing and evaluation of new print materials and production suppliesParticipate in research and development (R&D) for new production processes and workflow improvementsTroubleshoot production issues and contribute to process optimization and problem-solvingEnsure accurate tracking and reporting using Microsoft Excel and related toolsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Production Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field (preferred)Experience in print production, manufacturing, or production coordination rolesStrong understanding of production workflows and scheduling processesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic production management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on quality assurance and consistency ABC Imaging
