Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Execution Consultant 3 to join our team on a contingent basis. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent. This role involves translating compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications, performing data analysis, and collaborating with various teams to align business needs with technical execution. The consultant will also support testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities while contributing to enterprise data discovery and integration efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent.
• Translate compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications, including field-level definitions, transformations, and validation rules.
• Perform data analysis to validate inputs and outputs, identify risks, and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with product, data engineering, and technology teams to align business needs with technical execution.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, process flows, and data definitions.
• Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
• Contribute to enterprise data discovery, onboarding, and integration efforts.
• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Knowledge of Incentive Compensation or Varicent application is preferred.
• Experience with Agile (Scrum), Application Testing, Compensation, Data Analytics, and Requirements Gathering and Analysis is a plus.

Pay Range: $50 - $55
