- 7+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM Benefits
- Must have knowledge on Benefit configuration on Eligibility rules, Event rules, Benefit Plans, Benefit Rates, Calculation rules, coverage formula and Benefit Program.
- Must have experience on eBenefits, Life/Job events and eBenefits customization.
- Experience providing support during Annual Enrollment and handling outbound interface to Benefit Providers is required.
- Having functional knowledge on various benefit plans for the North American region is a must, especially US.
- Should have hands‑on experience in at least two Benefits implementation projects for the NA region.
- Should have hands‑on experience with SQR, Peoplecode, AE, CI, file layout and App package.
- Should have experience handling clients independently and must have good communication skills.
