Were looking for a friendly and organized Client Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. In this role, youll help create a seamless, positive experience from check-in to check-out while supporting both our medical team and pet parents./ph3Some of the Responsibilities You Will Own in This Role:/h3ulliAs part of our front desk team, your day-to-day may include:/liliGreeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism/liliAnswering phones, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history/liliProcessing invoices and payments accurately/liliReviewing patient records for vaccine status and routine care needs/liliCommunicating patient arrivals and updates with doctors and technicians/liliAssisting with prescription refills, food requests, and OTC products as directed/liliEntering and maintaining accurate records in our practice management system/li/ulpThis is not a complete list of responsibilities.
