What You Will Do

As a Business Funding Associate, you'll help business owners secure the capital they need to grow.

You'll:

• Build relationships with business owners through inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand each client's goals.
• Recommend funding solutions that fit their business needs.
• Guide clients through the funding process from application to funding.
• Manage your pipeline in Salesforce and follow proven sales systems.
• Continue developing your sales and business knowledge through ongoing coaching and mentorship.

Industry sales experience is a plus, but character, work ethic, and coachability matter more.

Many of our strongest candidates come from backgrounds like roofing, mortgages, payroll, hospitality, athletics, military service, entrepreneurship, customer service, and other relationship-driven industries.

Your Career Path…

Start as a Funding Manager. Move up to Senior Funding Manager. From there, branch into Client Success Manager or Sales Team Lead, and leadership roles outside sales are on the table too.
