Physician Liaison

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a part‑time or full‑time Physician Liaison to join our team at our new Eugene, OR, location! Opening May 2026. The Physician Liaison works closely with our clinical team and serves as a brand ambassador to the community. The role involves calling upon local physicians to build relationships and prospect referral leads to grow the patient referral base. This position is essentially a combination of sales and public relations, strategically promoting the clinic’s services and treatments while strengthening our reputation in the community. The Physician Liaison is responsible for overseeing a designated territory of physicians and medical clinics. The Physician Liaison is critical to the clinic’s success. The Liaison strives to increase patient referrals, strengthens relationships with providers and their staff, and as a community‑facing representative provides prospective patients and the community with a first impression of our brand. The Liaison cultivates positive, open, and helpful relationships among community practices, medical staff, and providers while managing feedback and strengthening our reputation.
