Licensed Real Estate Agent

Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site Licensed Real Estate Agent role based in Columbus, OH. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing comparative market analyses, and advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation, managing a client pipeline, negotiating offers and purchase agreements, and coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies to help ensure smooth closings. The agent will complete and review contracts and disclosures, maintain accurate transaction documentation, and follow all state and brokerage compliance requirements. The role also involves leveraging Coldwell Banker Realty’s tools and marketing platforms to promote listings, build a professional network, and participate in ongoing training and coaching. Qualifications Active state Real Estate License with a solid understanding of Real Estate principles, local market trends, and Real Property regulations. Demonstrated Sales skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, negotiation, and closing residential transactions. Strong Customer Service focus with the ability to build long‑term client relationships, communicate clearly, and respond promptly to client needs. Proficiency with basic real estate technology tools (CRM systems, MLS platforms, digital document and e‑signature tools). High level of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical and legal standards in all real estate activities. Ability to work on‑site in Columbus, OH, including evenings and weekends as needed based on client schedules. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and capacity to travel locally for showings, meetings, and open houses.
