Close collaboration with the sales and e-commerce departments is essential to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should be senior marketing executives with a minimum of 10 years' hands-on direct marketing experience. A proven track record in both B2C and B2B markets, particularly in the areas of merchandising and multi-catalog title creation and management, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling promotional products and a strong background in developing efficient marketing strategies across various channels. Leadership skills, a passion for customer advocacy, and the ability to manage a marketing budget and expenditures are also key requirements.
