Location: Monroe, NC Pay Rate: $17.51 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday | Shift: 4 AM-12:30 PM

Requirements: Previous manufacturing, production, mixing, batching, or material handling experience. Ability to accurately measure and weigh materials using scales and production formulas. Forklift experience preferred or willingness to obtain certification. Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and production specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Basic math and recordkeeping skills. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment that is not climate-controlled. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Duties: Operate industrial mixing equipment used in ceramic material production. Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to approved formulas and production specifications. Monitor mixing processes and make approved adjustments to ensure product quality and consistency. Operate forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility. Prepare experimental and specialty material batches following written instructions. Collect and deliver material and powder samples for laboratory testing. Gather and document incoming raw material samples as required. Complete daily production records and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Complete required training and assist with additional production duties as assigned.
