Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description

Davis & Ceriani is a 7-10 attorney law firm specializing in complex commercial litigation and real estate transactions located in downtown Denver. We are seeking a litigation associate with 2-8 years of experience. Prior civil litigation experience, or experience clerking for an appellate court is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

\n

· JD from an ABA accredited law school and admitted in good standing to the Colorado bar;

\n

· Disciplined self-starter with excellent work ethic;

\n

· Ability to plan ahead and manage both time and workflow with multiple direct reports;

\n

· Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills;

\n

· Detail oriented with strong organizational expertise;

\n

· Strong analytical, legal research, and writing abilities.

Salary range for the position is between $106,000 and $145,000 depending on experience. Salary range is not inclusive of available origination and discretionary bonus payments.  Additional benefits include hybrid work environment (this job is not completely remote), billable expectations which facilitate healthy work-life balance, PTO, 401(k) matching, parking reimbursement, dental reimbursement,  health insurance stipend, phone stipend, and payment of bar / CLE dues / fees.

Salary: $106,000 - $145,000 per year
