Master Level Toyota Technician Dealership: L0436 Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Michael's Toyota of Bellevue Pay: Pay starts at $38 flat rate or above depending on experience. Schedule: To be discussed at interview. This position is located onsite in Bellevue WA and reports to the Service Manager and Shop Supervisor. Why Join Our Team? Over 50 technicians employed and 90 bays available in our clean and organized shop! We provide all Toyota Manufacturer specialty tools including laptops and diagnostic software. We provide built-in toolboxes to all techs (we do not provide hand tools). Tools and tool vouchers provided to entry level technicians. Shop pays for completed and passed ASEs. What You'll Do Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, observing Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results and time, per company recording and clocking procedures. Provide and maintain an inventory of normal mechanics tools. What You'll Bring Prior automotive repair experience required. We require ASE and manufacturer certifications. A team player who is focused on providing outstanding customer service. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. Flat rate pay range of $38-$42 per flagged hour. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
