Software Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities Drive a holistic and quality‑first approach to software development and delivery. Manage QA teams while effectively solving problems that cross product, functional and geographical boundaries. Provide technical direction and leadership to a team of Software Development Engineers in Test. Establish metrics to determine readiness, quality and operability of software, systems and products. Take ownership of manual and automated tests, QA processes, and day‑to‑day QA activities. Evangelize best practices and processes, coaching other SDETs to elevate the overall technical quality and maturity. Champion learning, growth, engagement, and continuous improvement for yourself and other SDETs on the team. Set the standard for authentic communication and collaboration. Qualifications 10+ years of relevant QA experience. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Equivalent years of relevant work experience. Experience with software automation testing tools and frameworks. Experience managing teams operating in an agile software development methodology. Ability to lead teams in solving problems, making decisions, and collaborating with peer organizations. Ability to assess risks and make decisions with a sense of urgency to enable teams to deliver on time. Mobile testing experience preferred. Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance coverage.
