As a Part-Time Assistant Manager, you’ll help create a great customer experience, assist in daily operations, and support sales goals. Your knowledge of fandom will be valuable in training new team members and engaging with customers. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat visits. Support store leadership by stepping in when needed and helping with daily tasks. Open and close the store as required. Process transactions and promote sales using your fandom knowledge. Understand sales goals and key performance indicators. Assist with store layout and merchandising updates. Communicate trends and customer preferences to management. Help maintain store organization and stockroom orderliness. Contribute to a collaborative and passionate team environment. Requirements At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a passion for music and pop culture. Strong communication, time management, and professionalism skills. High school diploma or GED. Ability to navigate the store, handle merchandise, and lift up to 50 pounds.
