Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active Ohio SLP license (must be in good standing)
• Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) applicants
• Prior experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teachers, staff, and families
• Demonstrated organizational abilities to track progress and maintain records

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12, in both individual and group settings
• Manage a maximum caseload of 80 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Complete thorough speech-language evaluations and participate in eligibility assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, review, and update IEPs
• Communicate progress effectively with parents, guardians, and educational staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
