Part Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Hire Up Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join a growing warehouse team in Katy, TX .

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: PART TIME - Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Steel-Toed or Composite-Toed Shoes Required
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity


Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Stage materials according to work orders and schedules
• Use RF scanners to scan and track materials
• Palletize materials for shipment
• Load pallets and materials onto trucks
• Operate forklifts and order pickers as needed
• Organize materials and maintain accurate inventory movement
• Keep warehouse aisles clean, organized, and free of obstructions
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse and material-handling duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift and/or order picker experience preferred
• Ability to safely perform physical warehouse duties
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment
• Comfortable using RF scanners
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and company policies
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Must complete an interview before placement
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
• Must wear shorts or pants with belt loops
• T-shirts are permitted; no tank tops or crop tops
