In this role, you will combine hands‑on fabrication expertise with leadership responsibilities, helping guide production activities, train team members, and ensure quality standards across fabrication and installation operations. What You’ll Do Lead advanced conveyor belt fabrication and assembly projects. Train, mentor, and support fabrication team members. Perform conveyor belt splicing, repairs, and custom fabrication work. Troubleshoot technical and production‑related issues. Support inventory management, shop organization, and workflow efficiency. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and customer service. Assist with field installations and customer support as needed. What We’re Looking For Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, conveyor belting, industrial maintenance, or a related mechanical field. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving abilities. Leadership experience or the ability to guide and train others. Ability to read measurements, diagrams, and work instructions accurately. Commitment to safety, teamwork, and delivering quality work.
