**Machine Operator **

Hickory / Longview, NC

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour Multiple 8-hours Shifts Available

SourceNow is seeking dependable individuals who are ready to learn, work safely, and become part of a successful production team. Yarn manufacturing machines, twisting, doubling, spinning, etc.

Responsibilities

✅ Operate and monitor textile manufacturing equipment

✅ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met

✅ Assist with machine setups and changeovers

✅ Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

✅ Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications

✔ Will train motivated candidates (Manufacturing experience is a plus)

✔ Doubling and twisting experience preferred

✔ Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

✔ Strong attendance and reliability

✔ Team-oriented mindset
