Pay Range $130,000 - $150,000YOUR ROLEThe Senior HR Manager owns the people strategy and HR outcomes for an assigned region. This role partners closely with Contract Logistics leadership and the HR Director to ensure workforce strategy enables performance, scalability, and long-term growth. You will operate as a strategic advisor to sub-product leadership, with accountability for workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR governance, while overseeing HRBP execution and serving as the escalation point for complex people matters.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Define and drive the people strategy aligned to sub-product priorities and business objectivesLead workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design to support growth and efficiencyPartner with sub-product leadership; present workforce insights, risks, and HR priorities in leadership forums and MBRsOwn succession planning (Senior Manager+) and build a strong leadership pipeline within the sub-productEnsure consistent performance calibration and drive engagement and culture outcomesAct as escalation point for complex or high-risk employee matters and ensure consistent HR governanceDevelop and coach HRBPs to strengthen capability, ensure consistent execution, and build the future HR leadership pipelineLead workforce implications tied to transformation initiatives and organizational changesWHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership rolesExperience leading labor relations in unionized environments, including collective bargaining agreement interpretation and partnership with union representativesProven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, multi-site, operational environmentsStrong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategyExperience managing complex employee relations and HR riskAbility to translate business priorities into scalable people strategiesStrong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to leadershipExperience leading or influencing through othersWHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?With a genuine culture of recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
