Sr. Manager, Talent Business Partners

Qualifications Proven HR professional with 8+ years of experience in business partnering across all HR disciplines, including employee relations, benefits, compensation, training and development, worker's compensation, compliance, and conflict resolution. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals. Proven ability to partner effectively with peers to influence and drive regional and/or national strategies and programs. Proven experience in a diverse, multi-site distribution (or similar) environment. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and systems, with a focus on strategic HR delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence business leaders. Experience contributing to the execution of HR strategies and initiatives at a regional level. Significant involvement in resolving and overseeing sensitive, difficult, or confrontational issues. Familiarity with workforce planning processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with planning teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results. Ability to take complex topics and translate them into actionable deliverables or solutions for a team. Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate an understanding of business models, operations, and financial structures. Expertise in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development. In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements specific to assigned territory.
