Position Summary Contributes to and at times drives key projects within strategic and tactical go-to‑market business plans for a market segment, including program initiatives, marketing communications and campaigns to help drive segment results. Primary Responsibilities Creating and executing marketing communications plans for trade audience(s) for deeper engagement. Working with content and creative teams to develop and implement new content for customer segment. Contributing to strategic and tactical development and implementation of new tools and business processes. Collaborating with cross‑functional delivery partners including Sales, IT, Insights, Marketing Services, Digital & Content Marketing, and business teams on projects to support and enhance segment program(s). Managing business plans and programs against timelines and budgets. Delivering segment business analysis as needed. Participating in Andersen's national initiatives in segment specific key events, sponsorships, and trade or customer organizations. Must Have Qualifications Four‑year degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum 5 years relevant progressive marketing experience. Strong technical marketing skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience using Microsoft programs including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, possess strong presentational skills and enjoys success in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to execute projects on time and on budget. Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to problem solve. Compensation Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
