Overview

CVP is a seeking a Project Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent college graduate looking to build a long-term career in government contracting, healthcare support services, human resources, operations, or security processing.

No prior experience is required — we are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, professionalism, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, communicates well with others, and enjoys working behind the scenes to help teams operate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the deliverables calendar and requirements tracker
• Monitor upcoming deadlines and collect inputs from workstream leads
• Help ensure required materials move through the established review and submission process
• Maintain organized records of submissions, Government feedback, approvals, action items, and supporting documentation
• Assist with recurring reports, meeting materials, and other program requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• Ability to oversee confidential information professionally

Salary: $60,000
