About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Missions (EDM) to lead its association of churches and ministries. The ideal candidate will be a visionary, courageous, and deeply spiritual leader, capable of standing at the intersection of legacy and future vision. This role is pivotal in shaping the movement, with a focus on spiritual leadership, prayer, vision casting, team development, and strategic initiatives. The EDM will be responsible for guiding the Executive Board, empowering a high-capacity staff team, and walking closely with pastors and churches to ensure sustainable growth and expanded gospel impact. Candidates for the EDM position should have a completed seminary degree, with an MBA or strong business acumen preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in leadership, vision casting, and navigating complexity. The role requires a leader who is humble, hungry, and emotionally intelligent, theologically grounded, and culturally aware, with a multicultural mindset suited for the Bay Area. The successful candidate will be a trusted presence for member churches, wise in legal and organizational leadership, and unafraid to address the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly evolving cultural landscape.
