Client Summary Operates as a national advisory and consulting organization focused on healthcare systems and policy. Works with a broad range of public- and private-sector stakeholders. Provides research, strategic guidance, and technical expertise on complex healthcare challenges. Supports decision-making across programs, operations, and policy initiatives. Maintains a distributed presence to serve clients across the United States. Position Responsibilities Business Development Drive business development with existing and new clients to expand funded work. Build and maintain a forward-looking pipeline aligned to business development goals. Lead and contribute to proposal development and submissions. Client Management Partner with clients to understand requirements and objectives. Analyze data and insights to identify issues and improvement opportunities. Present findings and deliver recommendations, implementation plans, and high‑quality work products. Continuously assess client needs and adjust approach as necessary. Project Management Serve as a subject matter expert across assigned projects. Lead internal and external projects of varying scope and duration. Develop tools, frameworks, analyses, dashboards, and roadmaps to support project execution. Leadership Lead and manage teams, providing feedback, development, and support for internal initiatives. Mentor staff members as requested. Performance & Accountability Meet or exceed expectations for business development, billable hours, and project budgets. Ensure quality and operational standards are met. Complete required timesheets, expense reports, forecasts, training, and internal activities in a timely manner. Other Duties Perform other duties as assigned. Experience & Skills Required Experience and Qualifications Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Public Health, or a related discipline is required. Equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, although not desired, may be determined as acceptable. Minimum of 15 years of progressively increasing prior leadership or management experience in work involving publicly funded healthcare including, but not limited to policy, administration, operations, compliance, research, consulting, and/or evaluation. Preferred Experience and Qualifications A Master’s degree in a related discipline is strongly preferred. Compensation $180k-$250k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation #J-18808-Ljbffr
