Employer Implementation Analyst

Employer Implementation Analyst Responsibilities: Successfully onboard clients to the platform, configure plans, and manage renewals with a 98.5%+ success rate, ensuring accurate setup and documentation. Enroll employees via EDI or manual processes and handle eligibility updates including new hires, changes, and terminations. Provide responsive service by analyzing and resolving client, plan, and customer escalations within a 3–5 day window, including card and claim issues. Identify process gaps, recommend and implement improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices and supporting documentation. Maintain high data integrity by capturing and inputting employer and participant information accurately across systems. Monitor trends, proactively address issues, and ensure clients are leveraging best practice solutions for optimal platform use. Essential Skills & Qualifications Proficient in MS Office programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 1+ years of experience working with employer groups (preferred). 1+ years’ experience in health insurance or consumer‑directed products such as HRAs, HSAs, FSAs, etc. (preferred). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required. Location & Schedule 25% Hybrid in Maitland, FL or Milwaukee, WI. Compensation Salary range: $21.06 - $35.82 per hour.
