The incumbent will have 3+ years of experience in a large enterprise environment. Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in translating business requirements into system enhancements. Work independently or as part of a team to support, enhance and design Salesforce solutions as per the business needs. Responsibilities include: Participate in meetings with team members and stakeholders. Develop custom dashboards in Salesforce. Data analysis and integration with Salesforce. Salesforce Application Developer Mandatory Skills Experience with APEX, Visual Force, Custom Objects and Change Sets. Experience with data integration technologies that import/export data with Salesforce. Experience developing reports and dashboards in Salesforce. Extensive hands‑on application configuration experience with Salesforce. Stays current with emerging technologies, industry best practices in the solution domains. Strong and effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and investigative skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Ability to work independently and within a group environment. Salesforce Application Developer Nice to Have Skills Project management skills including planning, documentation, & implementation preferred. Salesforce Certification. Oil and Gas Experience. Working knowledge of Maximo, RightAngle, TMW Systems, and/or PDI Enterprise is a plus.
