Salesforce Developer

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join their team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of the IT department supporting digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Addison, TX (local candidates only)

Pay Range: $65-68

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable Lightning Web Components following Salesforce best practices and the Lightning Design System (SLDS).
• Lead migration efforts from Visualforce and Aura components to Lightning Web Components, ensuring feature parity and enhanced performance.
• Build and consume Apex controllers, wire adapters, and Lightning Data Service to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, batch classes, queueable, and scheduled Apex to support complex business processes.
• Implement event-driven communication patterns across component hierarchies and optimize component rendering performance.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years focused on Lightning Web Components.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS within the LWC framework.
• Solid experience writing Apex (triggers, batch, queueable) and complex SOQL/SOSL queries.
• Experience migrating Visualforce or Aura components to Lightning Web Components.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security model, Salesforce CLI, scratch org development, and version control (Git).
