Club Manager

Anytime Fitness Nashville is looking for a highly motivated goal-oriented Club Manager who enjoys setting goals tracking progress leading a team and driving results.

This position is ideal for someone who gets excited about having a target to chase. You will play a major role in membership sales coaching growth lead follow-up retention and the overall performance of the club.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Set track and achieve weekly monthly quarterly and annual club goals
• Drive new membership sales and coaching/personal training sales
• Lead the sales process from initial lead through follow-up appointment tour and close
• Consistently follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Track key performance numbers and use them to determine where the club needs improvement
• Lead the team in setting individual goals and maintaining accountability
• Conduct membership consultations and confidently ask for the sale
• Identify opportunities to increase coaching participation and member engagement
• Build relationships with current members to improve retention
• Develop community relationships and partnerships that generate new leads
• Help plan and execute promotions events challenges and other growth initiatives
• Oversee member accounts billing concerns cancellations delinquencies and daily club operations
• Maintain a clean welcoming organized and professional club environment
• Communicate consistently with ownership and leadership about goals progress challenges and opportunities

The Person Were Looking For

You dont have to come from the fitness industry but you do need to be comfortable with sales numbers accountability and goals.

Were looking for someone who naturally thinks:

The right person will be competitive with themselves organized confident talking to people comfortable asking for the sale and willing to follow up consistently instead of waiting for business to walk through the door.

You should also be someone who can set expectations for a team hold people accountable celebrate wins and adjust quickly when results arent where they need to be.

Previous sales management leadership customer service or fitness experience is a plus. More importantly were looking for someone with the right work ethic and a strong desire to grow.
