Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Lead to drive a positive shopping experience and oversee front-end operations at our Vernon Hills location. You will lead associates during shifts, ensure smooth checkout, and maintain store standards. This hands-on role requires strong customer service and leadership in a fast-paced environment, with nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
