Engineering Operations Manager

Engineering Operations ManagerAs the Engineering Operations Manager, you will support senior leadership in planning, overseeing, and administering county-level engineering and operations functions. This role blends engineering expertise, operations oversight, and staff leadership in a public service environment.Key responsibilities include:Plan, organize, and manage daily operations while ensuring compliance with regulations and policiesProvide leadership and supervision to engineering, technical, and operational staffSupport emergency response operations (including nights/weekends as needed)Seal engineering plans under your supervisionDevelop, monitor, and manage budgetsOversee contracts and third-party contractors, including writing specificationsRepresent the organization in meetings with internal and external stakeholdersQualifications:Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Missouri (required)7+ years of related work experience in engineering/operationsValid driver's licenseCompensation & benefits:Hourly rate: $43.28 – $51.94 (based on experience and budget)Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, retirement, paid leave, 11 holidaysEligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
