He/She should have the ability to lead by example and proactive participation in technical and architectural design decisions and deliver as a team. Responsibilities Adhering to Venturit policies and processes. Attending and contributing to company development meetings. Bringing and following industry best practices and standards. Write scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code. Translate software requirements and/or visual design into stable, working, high-performance software. Play a pivotal role in architectural and design decisions, building efficient and easily maintainable services. Learn and integrate third-party libraries into our applications. Communicate technical design, requirements, functionality, and limitations of systems/applications. Be willing to wear different hats other than that of a developer when necessary such as QA engineer, tech support, and DevOps. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science (Engineering), Masters’ degree would be advantageous. More than 5 years of experience. Fluent in GoLang. Fluent in backend development, experience in developing APIs (REST) services, microservices, and DBMS. SQL knowledge. Unit testing. Advanced English. Excellent time-management and planning skills.
