Hiring for Junior Business Analyst role

Business Analyst Job Summary: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Business Analyst Training & Placement Program. This opportunity is designed for entry-level candidates and professionals with up to five years of experience who are interested in building a successful career in Business Analysis. Participants will receive comprehensive training, gain hands‑on experience through real-world projects, and receive placement assistance with clients across the United States. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders. Assist in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications. Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and user stories. Support business process analysis and recommend process improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, testers, and project managers. Participate in requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings. Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools. Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and validation of system enhancements. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders. Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Up to 5 years of professional experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of Business Analysis concepts and SDLC/Agile methodologies. Familiarity with SQL for basic data querying. Exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence tools. Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Project. Experience with process modeling or data visualization is an advantage.
