Skilled Laborer (Construction)

Job Title: Skilled Laborer We are seeking a dedicated and skilled laborer to oversee and perform commercial millwork installation, including KD metal frames, hollow metal doors, cabinetry, and countertops on active job sites. Responsibilities Lead installation crews to ensure efficient and effective work. Interpret blueprints to guide accurate installation processes. Ensure all work meets high-quality and safety standards. Essential Skills 3+ years of commercial carpentry/millwork experience, including KD Metal Frames and Hollow Metal Doors. Construction and millwork expertise. OSHA 10 Certification and safety-oriented mindset. Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficient with hand and power tools. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with overtime available. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Brewerton, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
