The role will utilize strong critical-thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills to help clarify business strategies and translate strategy to business capabilities and implementation approaches needed to help achieve Enterprise Control and Change Office’s strategic objectives. Partner with line of business and business unit leaders to develop business strategy2. Translate strategic objectives into cross-functional execution plans that enable the realization of desired outcomes.3. On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities and develop initiatives to accelerate performance against strategic goals and objectives.4. Lead the development of, and present recommendations to address strategic business needs.5. Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to support strategic rationale and measure results.6. Lead cross-functional teams to clarify execution tactics and plans to achieve strategic goals.7. Facilitate and drive project meetings with senior business leaders, business partners, and SMEs.8. Develop, guide, and mentor less tenured teammates.9. Develop and drive consistent adoption of templates, processes, and approaches to streamline core and common functions including meetings, business overviews, headcount tracking and management, HR initiatives, etc.10. Support a culture of collaboration and trust through frequent and transparent communication, professionalism, and respect.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent education and related training or experience to include 8+ years of experience in positions that carry increasing levels of responsibility, including experience in strategy or business consulting2. Critical-thinking skills; ability to break-down large, abstract problems or questions into sub-components and develop comprehensive and cohesive recommendations, with supporting data/rationale3. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)4. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills5. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization6. Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools: PowerPoint, Excel and WordPreferred Qualifications:1. Strong knowledge and experience in strategic planning and execution, including creating and executing comprehensive2. Proven ability to collaborate across organizational silos3.
