What You'll OwnAs our QA Assistant, you'll help keep every batch on track by supporting Greenhead's GMP, food safety, and quality assurance programs. This role exists to make sure our documentation is solid, our checks are consistent, and our standards stay high-so customers get safe, great-tasting product.Key responsibilities:- Assist with monitoring, verification, and recordkeeping tied to GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety- Help maintain accurate QA documentation and electronic records- Support training activities and continuous improvement efforts- Spot quality concerns and communicate them quickly and clearlyWhat you'll bring:- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation, and food safety principles- Familiarity with FDA regulations/seafood processing (preferred)- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills- Comfort with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems- Ability to work independently and collaborativelyIf you're ready to grow your QA skills in a hands-on food manufacturing setting, apply today.A Morning in QAYour day starts early (Monday–Friday) with a quick check-in and a game plan for the shift.
