Community Health Navigator - Endocrinology & Metabolism

The Ohio State University is seeking a Community Health Navigator for the Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism program. The role reports to Medicine | IM Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism and leads the CHW team on relevant projects. Location: Ackerman Rd, 700 (0921). Position Type: Regular. Scheduled Hours: 40. Shift: First Shift. This on-site role is based in Columbus, OH.
