Compensation:

• $19-$34/ hr, compensation based on:
  • Licensure
  • Critical skillset
  • Field experience levels
• + $2/hr. night differential after6pm
• + $3/hr. weekend differential

Schedule:

• Full Time
  • Day Shifts
    • 3 x 12 hour shifts: 6am - 6:30pm
    • Every other week - 1 shift of 10am- 10:30pm
  • Rotating holidays/weekends

Key Responsibilities:
As an Emergency LVT/Veterinary Assistant , you will play a vital role in providing life-saving care to pets. Your duties include:

• Offering proficient assisted nursing to all hospitalized patients within our facility.
• Providing compassionate support to anxious and concerned pet owners while keeping them informed about their pets' condition.
• Ensuring accurate and detailed medical record-keeping.
• Collaborating with veterinarians and team members to deliver exceptional patient care.

Who We're Looking For:

• Licensed Veterinary Technicians or Experienced Veterinary Technicians with at least 2 year of experience.
• Prior experience in Emergency and Critical Care is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and make informed decisions in fast-paced situations.
• A genuine passion for animal care and a commitment to patient well-being.
• Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
