Legends Gaming is a leading Georgia COAM (Coin-Operated Amusement Machine) operator. We partner with licensed retail locations across Georgia to place, manage, and service COAM terminals — delivering revenue to our location partners and a best-in-class player experience. Backed by Minard Enterprises, we're actively expanding our Georgia footprint and exploring entry into new regulated markets. The Role We're hiring a VP of Operations to lead the day-to-day operational engine of Legends Gaming. You'll own field operations, location relationships, compliance, and the team responsible for keeping our machines running and our partners happy. This is a senior leadership role with real P&L accountability and a direct line to executive leadership. What You'll Own

• End-to-end field operations — deployment, servicing, and performance of COAM terminals across the location network
• Location partner relationships — acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
• Technician team management — scheduling, training, performance
• Revenue optimization — machine placement strategy, location performance analytics
• Georgia COAM regulatory compliance — licensing, reporting, audit readiness
• Vendor and equipment management
• Operational playbook development and process improvement

• 7+ years of operations leadership; gaming, amusement, vending, or similarly distributed field operations strongly preferred
• Georgia COAM industry experience a significant advantage
• Proven track record managing field teams and distributed location networks
• Regulatory compliance mindset — you know how to operate in a licensed environment
• Data-driven operator who can read performance metrics and act on them
• Comfortable with field travel across Georgia
• Strong communicator — you'll be the face of Legends Gaming to location partners
