About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key leader, responsible for the development and execution of the company's commercial strategy, with a focus on driving sustainable revenue growth across all wholesale channels. This executive role demands a visionary leader who can translate business strategy into commercial execution, build strong customer relationships, and foster collaboration across the organization. The SVP of Sales will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, merchandising, marketing, customer experience, operations, supply chain, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience and position the company for continued growth. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience in wholesale consumer products, home décor, gift, apparel, lifestyle, or related industries. The role requires a proven track record in growing revenue, developing high-performing teams, and leading organizations through periods of growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of wholesale distribution, retail partnerships, and national account management, as well as experience in leading cross-functional initiatives. Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and a willingness to travel as needed.
