Compensation:$104,000 - $196,000 yearly
Responsibilities: What You’ll DoMeet with homebuyers and understand their goals
Conduct consultations and home showings
Help buyers find homes and prepare offers and contracts
Guide clients from consultation through closing
Follow up using proven CRM and sales systems
Provide exceptional client service
Attend training, coaching, and team meetings
Active North Carolina Real Estate License
Enjoy working directly with homebuyers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident with buyer consultations and negotiations
Responsive and consistent with follow-up
Coachable, accountable, and team-oriented
Client-focused and committed to excellent service
