Service Technicians are expected to monitor air filters on work sites and install new filters on a scheduled basis, to maintain proper indoor air quality hygiene. Other jobs may include duct cleaning, bag in/bag out isolation filter changes, and water damage restoration/microbial abatement.

Job site duties include, but are not limited to: Air filter replacement, cleaning condenser coils, deep cleaning air handling equipment, inspection of all air handler components, using hand tools as well as power tools, disposal of work-site materials removed or replaced during work, etc.

Responsibilities

-Flexibility with work hours - dayshift and night shift work depending on the customer needs.

· Perform preventive maintenance, including filter changes, belt changes, at contracted facilities and other job sites.

-Ability to perform the physical aspect of the job ( climbing ladders, moving and lifts boxes, replacing filters, wiping down units, completing unit evalution forms)

· Perform proper lockout-tagout procedures

· Ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner.

· Crews are expected to schedule work visits with the appropriate staff at each facility,and coordinate any mechanical shut downs in accordance with each facility’s standards.

Qualifications

· Valid driver’s license/clean driving record.

· Proper attendance

· Oral and written communication

· Basic computer experience (Word, Excel, etc.)

· Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy equipment and materials

· Ability to work in a variety of working conditions, using ladders, working outdoors and on rooftops, etc.

· Ability to travel, multiple hours in some cases, to and from job sites without issue, staying overnight at some locations.
