Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated, motivated Full-Time Medical Assistant to become a valued member of our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities: * Room patients courteously and efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition into their appointments and maintaining patient comfort. * Prepare and administer injections as required following established clinical protocols and safety practices. * Assist the physician during examinations and minor procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready and sterile. * Answer patient questions, provide clear instructions, and offer educational information in a compassionate manner. * Support the provider with time management during clinics to help keep the schedule on track. * Collaborate with colleagues and demonstrate teamwork to maintain a positive and efficient work environment. Qualifications: * Prior experience as a medical assistant is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care. * Ability to remain organized and efficient in a busy, fast-paced clinical environment. Work Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 7:30am to 4:30pm Thursday: 7:30am to 3:30pm Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm Compensation: Starting pay $16.00 per hour and up based on experience and demonstrated skills.
