COVID-19

Our COVID-19 Recommended Vaccination policy encourages employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for the health and safety of the workplace and community. Work Arrangement Options All employees have a 120-day probationary period starting on their 1st day. During this time, they train, onboard, and work in-person at the office. Depending on the role and with manager approval, hybrid schedules (part remote, part in-person) may be available after probation. Employees must live in WA State and be able to report to THA's main office in Tacoma. Some local and domestic travel may be required. THA does not offer relocation assistance.
