Strategic Leadership: Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction and counsel on complex legal issues. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys, fostering their professional development and ensuring the highest quality of work. Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring proactive communication throughout the litigation process. Efficient Caseload Management: Oversee and efficiently manage a substantial caseload with a focus on timely and successful outcomes. Business Development: Actively participate in business development efforts to expand the firm’s litigation practice and enhance client relationships. Qualifications 12+ years of active litigation experience, with substantial expertise in commercial, real estate, and employment litigation. Extensive trial experience and a demonstrated ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution. Juris Doctor from an ABA‑accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Colorado. Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills. A strategic thinker with a proven ability to lead and mentor teams. Bonuses are tied to clear objective metrics, offering substantial earning potential for high performers.
