Client Services Administrator

We're working with an established wealth advisory firm based in Bellevue, WA that's looking for a Client Service Admin to serve as the welcoming front line of the practice while giving advisors and clients the support they need day to day. This is a great chance to step into a close-knit practice and make a real, immediate difference. This position is fully in-office in Bellevue — candidates should live within about 20 miles of the office, as this is not a remote-friendly role. Some key responsibilities: Coordinate and manage client appointments along with advisor calendars Deliver attentive, personalized service to clients and their families Help plan and organize client events and gatherings in the local area Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in questions Keep records organized and pitch in on daily administrative needs for the advisory team The right person for this role is dependable, polished, and comfortable in a tight-knit office environment.
