Job Description
Title: Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Schedule: 0700 - 1930 (3 x 12Hrs)

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Active nursing license
- Experience in Labor and Delivery
- Competence in assessing, planning, and implementing direct patient care
- Ability to supervise staff and manage clinical resources effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and plan nursing care for assigned patients.
- Implement direct clinical care on a per-shift basis.
- Supervise nursing staff and delegate appropriate care duties.
- Collaborate with the facility's leadership to ensure high-quality, safe nursing care.

Compliance / Notes:
- Orientation details: Report to onboarding location at 7AM on the start date.
- Patient care responsibilities fall solely on nurses, with no assistance from CNAs.
- Specific patient ratios: 3:1 for Step-down units, 4:1 for Telemetry.
