Inspection Technician

Responsibilities Inspect trailers and identify all necessary repairs and maintenance requirements. Complete trailer repairs in a timely and professional manner. Accurately document repair details and enter information into company computer systems. Communicate repair needs and status updates to shop personnel and service providers as required. Follow the company tire maintenance program and identify tire-related and other trailer repair opportunities. Adhere to all TIA (Tire Industry Association) safety standards and regulations to ensure the safety of associates and drivers. Provide exceptional customer service while resolving issues for drivers and customers. Follow all established company procedures, policies, and protocols. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management. Share best practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid Driver’s License required. High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and related software. Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. Minimum of one year of stable employment and/or educational experience. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to stoop, bend, kneel, crawl, and work underneath equipment. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication, teamwork, dependability, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and make sound decisions. Ability to read, understand, and follow company procedures and safety guidelines. Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills are a plus. TIA Certifications are preferred. Previous trailer maintenance or tire service experience is preferred.
